Is there some source of up-to-date air quality data for Chennai?
Looking for something along the same lines as provided by Kolkata [ http://www.wbpcb.gov.in/html/airquality.php ] and Delhi [ http://164.100.43.188/cpcbnew/place_data.asp?station=ITO ]
Central Pollution Control Board says there are 6 monitoring stations in Chennai and data has been provided upto 2006 [ http://cpcbenvis.nic.in/mcity/mcity.htm ] but there doesn’t seem to be current data.
Suggest that diversion of Moffusil buses (vice versa) travelling to coastal region districts of Kanyakurmari District, Thirunelveli District, Tuticorin District & Ramanathapuram District should use ECR route fully rather using the existing route going via Madurai and Tiruchi to ease bottleneck traffic congestion in & out of Chennai.

1: VELACHERY.
2: VIJAYA NAGAR.
3: VELACHERY VIJAYA NAGAR.
Can’t we have any one of the above.
VELACHERY MRTS & VELACHERY HOSPITAL is ok.
