As part of the pilot feasibility survey for BRT in Chennai, frequency- occupancy survey was done on OMR. The inferences from this survey would be the route-wise load factor and the duration pattern of loading.

Origin Destination Survey
To provide the Chennai airport with bus connectivity, a study is being carried out to understand the Origin-Destination pattern of airport users. It is suggested that a 24 hour survey be done spanned across 7 days.
